Stans Prize 2009

The ‘Stans Prize 2009’ has been awarded to Jim van Ruijven for his research on the environmental impact of the production of biodiesel from algae.

The Stans Prize is a yearly student incentive award for the best thesis, article or report produced by a CML student. Jim van Ruijven wrote his report for his bachelor study in Sustainable Molecular Science and Technology.

The prize was presented at the CML New Year meeting on January 11, 2010.
